Shipping Policy

All orders placed and received before 12:00 p.m. PST (3:00 p.m. EST) Monday through Friday will be shipped on the date of purchase. All orders received after 12:00 p.m. PST (3:00 p.m. EST) will ship the following business day. All purchases made over the weekend will ship the following Monday or business day (in case of a holiday). Expedited shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on current discounted UPS shipping rates for the applicable level of service and added to your order.

Thanksgiving & Holiday Shipping Policy

In order to accommodate the large number of purchases made during the holiday season, Sound Extreme will do its best to ensure that your order is received in time for your holiday celebration. Our business is closed on Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas eve, Christmas and New Years day. Accordingly, Sound Extreme will adhere to the above shipping policy to provide your purchase as soon as possible in the next business day after the holiday. Nonetheless, UPS shipping times and weather may vary during the holiday season, so order early!

Return Shipping

All returns will be shipped at the expense of the customer. Refurbished items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Same day shipping on Orders by 12pm PST. All orders ship via UPS. Expedited shipping options are available at discounted rates.
