All new items are shipped with a no-questions, asked, 30-day, money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please visit SoundExtreme Support, download the Credit Request form, and follow the instructions. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee on “Like New” and Refurbished Items

All “like new” and refurbished items are also shipped with a no-questions-asked, 30-day, money-back guarantee just like their brand new counterparts.  All refurbished SoundExtreme products are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  If you are not satisfied with your “like new” Grace Digital purchase for any reason, go to ECOXGEAR  Support, and fill out the Credit Request form.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Holiday Gift Return Policy

To prepare you for the holiday season, SoundExtreme will extended any gift purchase made in December to January 31.  All of the above return conditions apply.

1 Year Warranty On New Items

ECOXGEAR offers a limited 1 year warranty on all its products with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

90 Day Warranty On “Like New” and Refurbished Items

ECOXGEAR also offers a limited 90 day warranty with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Unauthorized Online & Retail Sales

All new products are supported by a manufacturer’s limited warranty when purchased directly from SoundExtreme by ECOXGEAR  or from an authorized SoundExtreme online or retail store. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm that the point of purchase is an authorized seller of SoundExtreme by ECOXGEAR (Grace Digital Inc.) products. Failure to purchase a SoundExtreme by ECOXGEAR product from an authorized online store or retailer will void the manufacturer’s warranty.  Refurbished or used products purchased from unauthorized retailers are not supported by a manufacturer’s warranty. Only refurbished products purchased from SoundExtreme by ECOXGEAR are supported by the limited 90 day warranty program.
