Who is Sound Extreme?

Sound Extreme Productions was started in 1994 by Ryan Scheller. The company has been built into an entity that stands for professionalism, quality, and service. The company grew over the years and quickly offered more and more services to the customer. Sound Extreme has become one of the leaders in the industry and one of the most referred companies in the area. 

What do we do?

We take the guess work out of outdoor, or remote, events. We are the #1 Productions company operating in the Sierras, and are so much more than just a DJ company. Lighting, power solutions, outdoor dance floors, and much more all fall into our services

When is a good time to book?

Typically, about a year in advance. Of course, we will do our best to accommodate you regardless your timeline.

Description of services offered 

Our ceremony system is battery powered to comply with National Park regulations . It comes with 2 lapel microphones (one for officiate, and one placed on groom to cover both Bride & Groom’s speaking parts.) Background music is started 30 minutes before the ceremony for guests’ arrival, and includes Processional and Recessional music.

If cocktail hour or dinner are held in a different location than dancing, our Dinner or Cocktail System allows you to still have background music, grand entrances, and toasts from a separate, dedicated system.

Our Dj system with dance floor lighting will be set up near the dancing area for your party to dance the night away. 

A splash of color around the room can transform the reception into the majestic wedding of your dreams.

Photo booths are one of the most popular add ons. They typically become a feature of the event, with keepsakes to remind everyone of that day. Each photo booth comes with custom designed artwork at the bottom each strip with additional options of upgrading to a photo album – yours to keep at the end of the night.

All of our packages come standard with one of our highly trained team members as your DJ and MC. For an additional fee you can reserve Sound Extreme’s owner, Ryan, as your DJ.

If you are having remote ceremony, or a reception only, this package is for you. DJ starts at cocktail hour and is with you every step of the way until the end of the night.
